Description: Due to the end of our partnership with ZeroHash—our crypto service provider in the US—the existing Wirex App for US users will be retired. As part of this transition, deposits have been disabled and the app will be fully deactivated for US users on 31 March 2026. Users must withdraw or liquidate all assets held with ZeroHash by this date. ZeroHash accounts will be closed on 1 April 2026.

Deposits to the current Wirex App are disabled from 11 March 2026
Withdrawals remain available until 31 March 2026
Wirex App access for US users ends 31 March 2026
ZeroHash accounts close 1 April 2026
