Scheduled - Within the last few days, the users from EEA have received a notification about a new Wirex Virtual Visa Card activation on their accounts. This means that Wirex had issued a card on their behalf. This was followed by the in-app message like “We issued you a new fantastic Visa card". The account is safe and wasn’t compromised.
Plase note, that later Wirex would close all Master Cards held by the same users. This will be followed by the in-app message like “We closed your MC card”.
All the users who receive Wirex Virtual Visa Card can now enjoy using it with Apple Pay, which they wouldn’t be able to do with Master Card!
